What type of workout equipment do I need for sessions?

The equipment you will need is an exercise mat, dumb bells , resistance bands to start.

How long are the sessions?

The sessions are 30 min long but booked for an hour to allow time for guided stretching and additional time if client is more advanced

Should I eat before a workout?

If you eat a larger meal you should wait 2- 3 hours so you have adequate time to digest your food. if you have a light snack you should wait 30-60 minutes.


What do I do if I am sick and can not make it?

If you have become ill suddenly or need to reschedule for another day that week it is at the trainers discretion as to whether it is counted as a session under special circumstances. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy so if you are feeling ill contact your trainer asap as to avoid any lose of sessions. Also, keep in mind the session can be set up as a stretching or modified to an easier workout if you let your trainer know in advance.

Are the reusable sessions after the 30 day pay cycle?

The sessions that are paid for each month must be used with in that pay cycle or the will be forfeited.There are exceptions if spots are not available in time for you to make up any missed sessions.Contact your trainer and discuss any possible options in this case. We want you to be able to use and benefit from all your sessions but we understand unique circumstances can arise.Communication with your trainer is key to your success.

How much water should I be drinking a day if I am moderately active?

For women that are moderately active 11.5 cups of fluids should be consumed each day.

What should I do if I am to sore to workout?

If you are to sore to workout contact your trainer at least a few hours before your session and ask if she can modify the workout to stretching or an easier session.
